We are really enjoying Rome.

We have moved the old entries on this page to an archive, and intend to give you a little more information in English from now on. This page will still not be a straight translation from the Swedish pages as we believe the "target group" is somewhat different, and because its more fun to write in a different way instead of repeating yourself.

Since late September, Olivia is moored in Porto Turistico di Roma, in Ostia, only 20 kilometers from the centre of Rome, Italy. We are not alone, there are about 60 more yachts spending the winter here and it seems to be a very active group of people. The days are full, if you like to join in, with activities such as art group, craft group, music group, yoga, destination seminars, bridge, swimming, games night and of course the Monday night social gathering where Ann made an unplanned singing debut last night. In case you're wondering - no, we are not involved in all those activities. We love doing our own stuff too, like going to Rome. A beautiful city, it is. We have never been there before, so there is much to discover this winter.
